My name is Rachael Roe
Originally I’m from Denver, Colorado, my husband and I relocated to his Caribbean homeland twelve years ago. I used my passion for planning to launch Signature Belize Weddings in 2013. I’m honored to have helped more than two hundred couples plan their dream destination wedding.
My team has partnered with luxury travel agency, The Journey Group, so that our couples can choose their dream destination wedding location anywhere in the world. This means we have built relationships with the best resorts and venues.
Beyond weddings, I've orchestrated events for multinational giants like Budweiser and Cisco. I've even had the honor to arrange travel and tours of prime ministers and dignitaries including William and Kate, Prince and Princess of Wales.

What's your perfect
Saturday?
I’d start by brewing the perfect cup of coffee then head outside somewhere. Luckily we live in the Caribbean, so we’re never too far from a beautiful beach. I’d seen the day with my family unplugged (mostly!) Then try out a new vegetarian recipe .
What’s your best wedding advice?
​The thing I want couples to remember is to not lose sight of what is important to them. It’s easy to prioritize other’s wishes, but remember it’s your special day.
Did you always want to go into weddings and event planning?
The first destination wedding I planned was in 2013, but I started to sharpen my event planning skills very young. My family still tells stories about how I forced the entire neighborhood to join in in an epic week-long backyard olympics tournament, all as a 10 year-old.
