Plan your Belize wedding
with someone who’s been there.
We’ve planned hundreds of destination weddings in Belize. We’ll tell you exactly what’s worth it, what vendors won’t say upfront, and whether Belize is actually the right fit for your guest count and budget.

What Belize resort packages
don’t tell you upfront
The listed price is rarely the final price
Per-person overages, florals, AV setup, and vendor fees all get added on after the initial quote. The number you see first and the number on your final invoice are rarely the same. We go through every line item with you early so you’re working from a real budget, not a starting price that grows.
Not every resort has a strong wedding team
A beautiful property and a capable wedding operation are two different things. Some resorts host only a handful of weddings a year for a reason. We know which properties in Belize have the staff and vendor relationships that actually hold up on the day, and which ones look better in photos than they perform in practice.
We work for you, not the resort
The resort’s planner works for the resort. We work for you. That difference shows up when something needs to be negotiated or pushed back on. Room blocks, vendor contracts, budget conversations — we handle all of it with your interests in mind, not the property’s upsell targets.
The right venue depends on details most couples don’t think to ask
Which properties are family-friendly? Which can handle guests with mobility limitations? Which venues actually fit 80 or 100 people comfortably? Which resorts are easy to get to? We ask all of this before you ever see a proposal.
“In March 2022, the Government of Belize trusted us to plan a multi-day royal event for the Prince and Princess of Wales. Every detail demanded precision. That is the same standard we bring to your wedding.”

Free Consultation
Walk away with a clear picture of your options in 15 minutes
Find a spot in the calendar to book a call. It will be on Zoom to make things easy.
Check your email as I reply to emails within 24 hours. You might even get a sneaky text message from me to let you know I have received your booking.
Bring your ideas and questions to the Zoom meeting and let’s make a plan. These calls typically last 20 minutes, so book that time into your calendar.
We take on a maximum of 20 weddings per year. These calls are genuinely limited and we won’t book a consultation we can’t follow through on.
Frequent Questions
We’re still early in the process. Is it too soon?
No, it’s actually the right time. Resorts in Belize book fast. Couples who plan 18 months out have significantly more options on venue, date, and pricing than those who wait. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Come with questions and we’ll help you figure out where to start.
Do you have a wide variety of venue options?
Yes. We cover Tulum, Cancun, and the Riviera Maya in Mexico, plus Belize and the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean.
Is there any commitment involved?
None at all. We take on a small number of weddings each year, so we’re as interested in making sure we’re the right fit as you are. You’ll walk away with clearer information regardless of what you decide.
Do we need to visit Belize before booking?
It’s possible to plan without a site visit, especially with a planner who has firsthand knowledge of the venues. If you do want to visit, we can help you structure that trip so it’s productive rather than overwhelming.
What if Belize isn’t the right fit for us?
We’ll say so. We also plan weddings in Tulum, Riviera Maya, the Dominican Republic, and other destinations. If a different location makes more sense for your group size, budget, or timeline, we’ll be honest about that on the call.
