I’m Rachael Roe, originally from Denver, Colorado, and I moved to my husband’s Caribbean homeland (Belize) twelve years ago. In 2013, I founded Signature Belize Weddings, where I’ve had the joy of helping over one thousand couples plan their dream destination weddings.
Partnering with The Journey Group, I offer personalized wedding experiences in top locations worldwide, thanks to my strong relationships with the best resorts and venues. My background also includes organizing events for major corporations like Budweiser and Cisco, as well as planning events for dignitaries like William and Kate, the Prince and Princess of Wales. I’m passionate about making each wedding uniquely tailored to the couple’s vision and budget, and I can’t wait to bring your dream wedding to life!

A passionate travel enthusiast, I’ve explored the U.S. and lived abroad in South America and New Zealand, but I’m thrilled to be back in my hometown of Denver, Colorado. At Signature Destination Weddings, I draw on my experience as a former teacher to manage travel logistics for couples and their guests, ensuring everything runs seamlessly on their special day.
